I ELLEN SHARP of Oakdene Alkington Road Whitchurch in the County of Salop spinster hereby revoke
all wills heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will
1.  I APPOINT George Henry Burgess of Congleton and John Machin of Cross Lane Congleton
Executors and trustees of this my will  They are hereinafter called my trustees
2.  I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH the whole of my estate upon trust for sale and after payment of
my debts funeral and testamentary expenses to divide the proceeds thereof amongst my cousins
namely Lily Taylor  Gertrude Walley  Ernest Noah Cooke  William Cooke  Elsie Allen  Emma Harvey
Arthur Cooke and Mary Cooke in equal shares  AND I DECLARE that the share given to Gertrude
Walley shall be held by my trustees in trust to pay the interest thereof to her during her life
and after her death to divide her share amongst the other cousins above named
3.  I DIRECT that the said George Henry Burgess shall be paid for all legal business done in
connection with the proving of my will and the trusts thereunder

On the 25th November 1936 Probate of this Will was granted at Chester
